Cinnamon Rolls

I was reminded of the legendary Albuquerque restaurant, The Frontier, last week, which inevitably led me to think about cinnamon rolls.  Since I haven’t made cinnamon rolls for a very long time (at least two years) I had a hankering for some, which I finally indulged Saturday morning.  They aren’t much like Frontier rolls, which are drenched in a buttery glaze, but were awesome to have with a fresh cup of French pressed coffee.

I can guarantee you that these probably are much better than Frontier’s (or at least don’t create instant heart attacks). *drool*
