Yogurt Cheese

Following Angelina’s instructions and using my homemade yogurt. I made a very easy yogurt cheese. It is delicious on crackers and I would imagine it would be oh-so-yummy on freshly baked bagels. If you like cream cheese and you have an extra five minutes*, you should seriously make this yourself. So, so good, easy and healthy.

*The total process takes more than five minutes, but the actual work involved takes, seriously, about five minutes.
