My second batch of kombucha is done and better than the first batch. On this batch I used green tea instead of black and organic granulated sugar instead of sucanat. The taste was cleaner and brighter. It was also fizzier and finished in six days instead of 8 1/2. I’m sure the shorter time was due to our elevated temperatures the past couple of days. Now, I have a new baby to give away because I have the two scobies I need now. Any takers?
