Firing your accountant really sucks. Of course, he tried to make it out as if he was firing us as clients. Because I was putting “attitude before simple communication” according to him. We gave him the go ahead to proceed with our incorporation on 6/28 and the last communique I received from him was July 2nd, until I got a filing from our state’s secretary of state because paperwork had been filed incorrectly and they couldn’t proceed. Emailing him to find out status is “attitude”? Why is good customer service and client appreciation so scarce?

PS You may remember this is the same guy that forgot to claim Juliana on our taxes for TWO years! Why did we wait so long to fire him? Because I hate change and I don’t want to have to learn the quirks of a new accountant. We have a lead for a new one and hear she is excellent and I won’t forget her name, because it is Lisa.
