I made the most delicious whole wheat loaf bread this week. I think I finally found a recipe that I will make on a very regular basis, every 5-6 days if my family has their way. It is delish. You can find the recipe in the current issue of Mother Earth News. It is a recipe that requires about 10 hours from start to finish, but you put in very little time during that ten hours. The first rise alone is six hours. If you give it a try, let me know how you like it. We liked it so much that I even bought a grain mill off Ebay because I had a difficult time finding coarse ground wheat.
